All orders are shipped within a week’s time and are mostly delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.   You can initiate a Return request in case you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product or a product with a missing accessory or find it unsatisfactory.

  The “Return request” must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, in case you need to return your product.

• Do I have to return the whole order?

  Not at all! You do not need to return the whole order. Just return the order item you don’t want.

• What should I do if I miss my return pickup?

  We will try to attempt picking your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you have missed it please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again.
